The Cercle Stratégie is led by Emmanuelle Le Gall .
Her entrepreneurial background, combined with experience in large groups and European institutions, forms the basis of a rigorous strategic approach, rooted in reality and attentive to governance and decision-making issues.
Throughout his entrepreneurial experience, one observation became clear: the isolation of leadership undermines strategic clarity. When decisions are made in isolation, without space for reflection or the exchange of viewpoints, clarity erodes and performance suffers.
The Cercle Stratégie was born from this observation.
It offers confidential, structured and demanding spaces, designed to allow leaders to think, exchange ideas and make discerning decisions, away from the operational pace and internal issues.
Founded by Emmanuelle Le Gall, Cercle Stratégie supports leaders of SMEs, VSEs, start-ups and scale-ups in their strategic and managerial thinking, through collective intelligence or in an individualized framework.
