Her entrepreneurial background, combined with experience in large groups and European institutions, forms the basis of a strategic approach rooted in reality , attentive to the challenges of decision-making, governance and responsibility.

 

Through his experience, one observation became clear: the isolation of a leader when making decisions undermines strategic clarity. When decisions are made without space for reflection, without structured discussion or external support, discernment erodes and the responsibility becomes heavier to bear.

 

The Cercle Stratégie was born from this observation.

 

It offers confidential, demanding and structured spaces, designed to support leaders in their decisions , by providing them with a framework for reflection, perspective and confrontation of viewpoints, away from the operational pace and internal issues.

 

Founded by Emmanuelle Le Gall, the Cercle Stratégie supports leaders in their strategic and managerial thinking, in collective intelligence or in an individual framework , when the decision is made alone and support for discernment becomes necessary.
