The core of the programme is built around small reflection circles, conceived as genuine working spaces.

 

The Strategy Circle also supports executives and managers when decisions must ultimately be made individually, helping to structure strategic choices and directions.

The Strategie Circle is a collective programme designed for executives and managers of organisations seeking structured support in strategic decision-making in complex and evolving environments.​

It offers a confidential and demanding environment designed to create distance, confront viewpoints constructively, and enable clearer decision-making beyond day-to-day operational intensity and internal constraints.

The collective program includes:

  • A cohort of six executives

  • A cycle of six in-person sessions

  • The presence of a dedicated facilitator

  • A confidential and secure framework

Each session is dedicated to examining one or more cases presented by participants, within a structured co-development process designed to leverage collective intelligence.
